More Than Football NFL draft and Pro Day prep is an in-depth training and educational program that follows top college football prospects as they prepare for the NFL Combine and Draft. This unique program will showcase players as they move into air bnb style housing and work directly with in-house performance trainers, nutritionists and recovery specialists. The Individual training needs and diets of each player will be acknowledged and maintained in order to achieve optimal results. There’s more to making the league than being a great athlete, there’s more to preparing for the NFL than L Drills, bench presses and 40s. Our training and preparation regimens are as diverse as the athletes who participate. Our athlete development program incorporates a myriad of modalities, boxing, yoga, weight training, speed and agility training, position specific drills, flexibility, nutrition, and state of the
art recovery brought right to you. 

All athletes who participate in this program will stay in team living quarters and work with THE BEST OF THE BEST performance trainers, nutritionists and recovery specialists from all over the country. Each of our hand-picked staff have incredible experience
and notable clients.

ADDITIONALLY, Individual training needs and diets will be implemented and maintained to achieve optimal RESULTS FOR EACH
ATHLETE. 

This ten week program was built to prepare you for the combine and follow you through Pro Day and into the draft. Not only will you enhance your physical performance, you’ll mentally prepare for life outside the lines: the good, the bad and the realities that no one talks about, through “real-world” programs.

Antwon Burton has been training athletes of all levels and ages since 2014. A Defensive Tackle for the Denver Broncos himself. Antwon knows what it takes to succeed at the highest level, both on and off the field. Antwon is more than just a veteran football player. As an athlete, trainer and individual who had the odds stacked against him from a very
young age, Antwon is uniquely equipped to train and prepare athletes for both the public and private sides of life as a professional athlete. Antwon spent six years playing football at its highest level. Most known for his time with the Denver Broncos, after leaving the NFL, he continued his passion
for the game by training at some of the most prestigious athletic training centers in the country, including FitSpeed in Weston, Florida and Exos (San Diego). Since opening his own gym, Next Level Performance (Pueblo, CO), Antwon has trained some of the league’s most-notable veterans and up-and-coming players.

SMOOTH TECHNIQUE, ACCELERATION, TRANSITION

The 40 yard dash is the biggest of all combine tests. Our training goal is to optimize current capabilities by conditioning the central nervous and neuromuscular systems to increase the firing patterns of fast twitch muscle fibers associated with SPEED. With the use of indoor turf and speed lasers we are able to fully prepare you for your 40 yard dash.


BODY CONTROL, TECHNIQUE, ENDURANCE

The 225 bench test is a measurement of strength and endurance. Our program is guaranteed to improve your technique, endurance, and overall strength. By breaking down the fundamentals step by step combined with our unique training methods, we are able to critique and mold player specific techniques to get the most out of every athlete.


EXPLOSIVE, SPEED, CONTROL

The jump test may be the best measurement of raw explosive at thecombine or pro day. These tests are a great indicator of explosiveness and lower body strength.


SPEED , AGILITY, BALANCE

These two drills measure an athlete's change of

direction, lateral quickness, and explosiveness.

The L drill translates best to on the the field

athleticism, which is why our elite training will

break down and critique each athlete's

technique to fully optimize their overall

acceleration and deceleration abilities.

The Wonderlic Cognitive Ability test was created in 1936, and designed to measure an individual's general cognitive ability. Today, the test is often given to prospective employees in order to evaluate their learning and problem-solving skills.

Our program also includes educational aspects. Not only will you enhance your physical performance, you will also mentally prepare for outside the lines. The good, the bad, and the realities no one talks about. We bring in professionals to teach each athlete the importance of managing your money, public speaking, and much more.
