Speed Technician
William received his formal training at Temple University where he received a full athletic scholarship after joining the team as a walk-on. His course of study earned him a BS in Sport and Recreation Management. His instruction is based on methods taught to him, tested by him, and based upon numerous collaborators in the field of sport science and management. William is currently training a wide range of ages and levels of expertise including, elementary, secondary, collegiate and professional athletes. Formerly with Velocity Sports Performance of Greensboro. A certified trainer in USA Track and Field (Level 1), USA Weightlifting (Level 1), and Ignite 360 Performance Training (Level 3), Will works with numerous coaches at area schools and colleges providing ongoing staff training on proper techniques, coaching cues, exercise mechanics and more.
Performance Specialist
Coach Jarvis attended Kansas State University and later obtained his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Washburn University. Jarvis has a background in college athletics where he played college football as a defensive back. Jarvis is a leader in sports performance training and focuses on developing athletes in improving their overall performance.Coach Jarvis is certified in personal training, speed and agility, and performance enhancement.
SMOOTH TECHNIQUE, ACCELERATION, TRANSITION
The 40 yard dash is the biggest of all combine tests. Our training goal is to optimize current capabilities by conditioning the central nervous and neuromuscular systems to increase the firing patterns of fast twitch muscle fibers associated with SPEED. With the use of indoor turf and speed lasers we are able to fully prepare you for your 40 yard dash.
BODY CONTROL, TECHNIQUE, ENDURANCE
The 225 bench test is a measurement of strength and endurance. Our program is guaranteed to improve your technique, endurance, and overall strength. By breaking down the fundamentals step by step combined with our unique training methods, we are able to critique and mold player specific techniques to get the most out of every athlete.
EXPLOSIVE, SPEED, CONTROL
The jump test may be the best measurement of raw explosive at thecombine or pro day. These tests are a great indicator of explosiveness and lower body strength.
SPEED , AGILITY, BALANCE
These two drills measure an athlete's change of
direction, lateral quickness, and explosiveness.
The L drill translates best to on the the field

break down and critique each athlete's
technique to fully optimize their overall
acceleration and deceleration abilities.
The Wonderlic Cognitive Ability test was created in 1936, and designed to measure an individual's general cognitive ability. Today, the test is often given to prospective employees in order to evaluate their learning and problem-solving skills.
Our program also includes educational aspects. Not only will you enhance your physical performance, you will also mentally prepare for outside the lines.
